House of the Day: 1230 Dean Street
This house at 1230 Dean Street was featured as a House of the Day way back in 2007 when the owners, who had paid just $427,450 for the single-family house in 2004, had the hubris to ask $1,650,000. (At the time, we wrote ” this place had no business being listed at $1,650,000.”) Over the…

House of the Day: 1230 Dean Street [Brownstoner]

this block is probably best or 2nd best block in the hood. it’s a good safe block. prices are usually pretty decent – this 985k is pipe dream
It is hard not to be negatively influenced by their 2007 ask.
$985,000
LMAO!!!
“This modest looking home is the ugly duckling of the block.”
So the grander homes on the street must be selling for at least 2 million, right?
Sweet house, but the asking is still absurd. What do CH experts think–650K?
BoerumHill,
What’s at Grant Square?
