It’ll be interesting to see how the asking price of $2,150,000 flies. Might just work.

The facade is marred without it.
The Living Room, Kitchen Dining should be on the same level, a more convenient flow.

This so called Garden Level, aka basement should be the kids play room, rec room, laundry room, workshop,whatever room…..
Who needs 2 parlours on the same floor. or a kitchen below the Living room, that is ridiculous.

I just noticed the sale sign on this house the other day. It’s a beauty from the outside, and on a block with a lot of other beauties. If it’s 2,740 SF, I’d say $1.9 get the deal done, maybe $1.95.
It looks like they picked it up in 2005 for $1.2. It must really have been in bad shape.
I am curious to see what it goes for. The one next door was bought for $2M a few years ago.
Don’t think Atlantic Yards is much of a factor at this location.

I think the location is far from sweet – AY is coming… The house is cute, but not worth $2MM. Who can actually sleep in a bedroom that 12×7 – other than an infant?
