House of the Day: 142 Dean Street
This brick townhouse at 142 Dean Street just hit the market. It’s got lots of original charm and is 25 feet wide, which give it a shot at achieving the asking price of $2,750,000, we guess, but this really seems like boom-time pricing to us. We don’t think the current market can support it. That’s…

Donatella,
Never mention “flying” to a chicken.
That’s just plain old mean.

Pete,

This home is near the border of that strip of Atlantic.
Not that Atlantic is all that bad.
And not that you’d be so close to Atlantic.
And not that you’d have to cross Atlantic everyday.
But Donatella’s point is a good one to consider, nevertheless.
Location, location, location.
You have Atlantic to the North.
Projects to the South.
4th Ave to the East.
None of those are terrible.
But none of them are great, either.
That being said, it is a lovely block and a good location despite the being too close to the thick of things for my tastes.
The pigeon could fly across Atlantic Avenue and watch the chicken get flattened if it was foolish enough to cross near Flatbush.
Wow! A bidet and toilet combo…I like that!
Why did the pigeon cross Atlantic Avenue?
“Pigeon and Donatella, you seem to know nothing about this neighborhood. Why post?”
If knowing what people were actually talking about was a criteria to post, there’d be a 95% reduction in activity here.
even if the person decided to walk further to catch the A –
where this person crosses atlantic is not the intersection refered to (FLatbush Avenue) as dangerous.

I don’t know, why did the Chicken cross Atlantic Avenue?
