The asking price of $2,675,000 looks pretty reasonable in light of the recent sale of 607 2nd Street for $2,700,000. What do you think?…

I wish they included photos of the alcove sinks, kitchen, and bath. It’s a large house, probably built with electricity. Probably has all the modern conveniences.

Damn reasonable compared to Condo of the Day! Uhh…yeahhh…Park Slope is nicer! (Although my drivin’ ass prefers Fort Green over Park Nope.)
