It’s clearly a beautiful place in perfect condition so price is the only hurdle. The sellers paid $2,675,000 for the 2,550-square-foot house in 2005 and we assume they are the ones who did the most recent renovation. So what do you think they can get for it now?

that talking heads dude.
“More of a musician than an entertainer. And not American born.”
Anna Netrebko? Gustavo Dudamel?
“Especially since that area is a park-free zone”
You have the Promenade and Cadman Plaza. Not quite Yosemite but it’s better than nothing.
“And not American born.” Bruno??? Susan Boyle???
More of a musician than an entertainer. And not American born.
And nothing old school like Liza or Bette.
But not the new crap either. This is a major score for BH and to be honest, I was shocked. The coolness factor went up a few notches for sure. 🙂
That’s all I’m givin’ ya!
entertainer/musician? Let’s see, more of an entertainer than a musician?? Bette Midler?? Liza Minelli??? Anyone from American Idol???
A little birdie told me that a quite famous entertainer/musician bought the penthouse at 160 Henry.

And in fact, it did just go to contract in July. I don’t want to give away who it is because I love this person and want to give them some privacy (at least until the purchase has closed fully).
DIBS – you don’t have a $20,000 carpet in your kitchen? I have a small antique oriental carpet surrounding my toilet too.
I love it when a place where the horses used to stay can sell as high end real estate. I also think that oriental carpets in the kitchen are a bit over-the-top.
