The carriage house at 20 Grace Court Alley was an Open House Pick back in June when it hit the market for $3,300,000. Two months later, the owners have yet to flinch on the asking price. It’s clearly a beautiful place in perfect condition so price is the only hurdle. Worth the money or not? I guess we’ll see if someone goes for it. In the meantime, a really, really beautiful place. The exposed brick on the top floor really works, and I love the space the rooflines make. One of the nicest places we’ve had on HOTD, in my humble opinion. I even like the kitchen a lot.
