It’s clearly a beautiful place in perfect condition so price is the only hurdle. The sellers paid $2,675,000 for the 2,550-square-foot house in 2005 and we assume they are the ones who did the most recent renovation. So what do you think they can get for it now?

There is no backyard at all. To me, this feels a bit hemmed in, more like apartment living, except you get your 2,500 square feet on 3 levels and no doorman or parking garage. It’s lovely, but it’s not at all what I would want (well, imagine a millionaire would want) for this kind of money. More privacy or more services.
Oh, and that’s a nice house…
This was on the Brooklyn Heights house tour in 2008. Great house, unique block, and it looked like a really high-end reno.
Beautiful, but no real yard will be a deal killer for many.
One of the most underrated cars of all-time bowl of dicks, especially the Mk I. Get a properly set-up and it will give you a better driving experience than almost anything.
It was a joke… do people still drive Miatas? That being said — where would someone park there Astin Martin? I guess down the street, sort of annoying for 300,000,000 pennies.
Sweet Jesus this is a gorgeous house
What a gorgeous home. I’m jealous.
Anyone who buys this place should not be driving a Miata (and this is coming from a Mazda owner!!!)
