$1,650,000 isn’t a very high price for a four-story house in Fort Greene, so we’re not particularly optimistic about what this four-family at 179 Adelphi Street must look like on the inside. (The lack of photos ain’t helping either.) The listing does cite the existence of original details though, so maybe it’s not so bad. Has anyone been inside?

  4. well dave.here in philly u can actually get a 3 bed. row home for about 30k.put maybe 10k of work into it,and have ur self a nice house.the hood it self(kensington)is a different story.
