This one-bedroom co-op at 151 Joralemon Street in Brooklyn Heights that just hit the market ain’t huge but it’s got quite a nice feel to it in our humble opinion. We wish there was a photo of the allegedly recently-renovated kitchen, but the rest of the apartment has nice original detail and appears to be in good shape. Asking price is $345,000 and the monthly maintenance is a low $537. What do you think of it?

the price might be high but the aptmt is not shitty. it’s a nice move-in ready studio. I wouldn’t be complaining if daddy got me this pad after college.
STARGAZER = SHROOMGRAZER
UGH !!!! whatever ………..

On Thompson and Prince, needs work but looks a bit larger.

On 89th, a block and a half from Central Park, and look at that maintenance: $275!
Both buildings allow parents to purchase for their children.
Oh, so COTD is now a sales pitch?
