This one-bedroom co-op at 151 Joralemon Street in Brooklyn Heights that just hit the market ain’t huge but it’s got quite a nice feel to it in our humble opinion. We wish there was a photo of the allegedly recently-renovated kitchen, but the rest of the apartment has nice original detail and appears to be in good shape. Asking price is $345,000 and the monthly maintenance is a low $537. What do you think of it?

you sound like a communist. WTF do you care what people do with their money?

  2. Let’s see, small walk-up 1BR under $350,000 with maintenance under $500:

On 89th, a block and a half from Central Park, and look at that maintenance: $275!
Both buildings allow parents to purchase for their children.
