This one-bedroom co-op at 151 Joralemon Street in Brooklyn Heights that just hit the market ain’t huge but it’s got quite a nice feel to it in our humble opinion. We wish there was a photo of the allegedly recently-renovated kitchen, but the rest of the apartment has nice original detail and appears to be in good shape. Asking price is $345,000 and the monthly maintenance is a low $537. What do you think of it?

The french doors are to the fire escape? I don’t get it. Also safe to assume this is a 4 flight walkup right?

From the listing:
“The windowed kitchen has been fully renovated”
cute apt, great area – am just concerned the kitchen isn’t done as there are no pics of the kitchen. I think $320K does the deal!
The bedroom is narrow.
And kitchen is almost invisible.
Is the price really that far off?
Probably comes in at about $850 +/- sq. ft.
Phew — I’m glad they mentioned that “parents buying for children” is OK. I was worried.
Nice. What’s not to like?
Better than buying in an overpriced garage with views of the CVS loading area.
That is one small bedroom.
It’s a 1 bedroom, not a studio.
