Given that beautiful condition of the apartment and the monthly maintenance of $561, the asking price of $339,000 doesn’t feel too off-the-mark to us. You do have to be comfortable with being in a co-op with just a small number of other members (in this case seven). You like it?

Yeah, babs. You’re probably right. But I’m sure the original layout didn’t have a bed in that room. It was probably a room with a much more dignified purpose.
a 6 foot wide bedroom, this is a joke, right??
That wall is not new and may even be structural, as the house is 20′ wide. Pretty typical brownstone layout. But should really be called a “junior 1 bedroom.”
it aint cheap but the location, bldg, and unit are very nice
Yeah this is *definitely* a studio with a wall.
The current owner isn’t exactly “understated” in their decorating… 🙂
There should be a law against calling apartments like this 1-bedrooms. It’s a studio with a $500 wall.
Seems about right. Nice place & best location.
Bedroom is a very awkward shape & you have to really get along with your neighbors in such a small co-op, but I think it’s priced to reflect that.
Really gorgeous, well-priced, too, I’d say. But to call that a “master” bedroom is a total joke – it’s the only bedroom in the place, and tiny, to boot.
That maintenance is not reasonable for that size of Apt. $651 for maybe 450 sq feet?
