At $590, the monthly maintenance is manageable and the asking price of $669,000 seems right down the middle. The first open house was yesterday. Did anyone go?

Maly, these are the flr plans. saw a few fixer units on this blk and they all have this layout.
You gotta REALLY love original molding and “period details” to plunk down 669,000 for this clunker. For that amount of money I’d kinda like a living room that dosen’t overlook an air shaft.

And part of the reason was because there was a really hot guy in just his underwear in one of the windows when I was taking a walk. I tried not to stare, but he was so hot (unusual for Park Slope) and he wasn’t trying to hide it at all and was on the parlor level just standing in front of the window looking out!!
I was stoned, Rob. I often have great epiphany’s (this is my NEW favorite block in the slope) when I’m high. 🙂
