Co-op of the Day: 76 Remsen Street, #4C
The bedroom curtains are a bit too Laura Ashley for our taste, but otherwise this two-bedroom co-op at 76 Remsen Street in Brooklyn Heights is looking very nice to us. Commandments of Taste, LOL
M4L, fair play to you and I second your nomination for the STRAW role.
Oh goody, shillstoner is back with his stone (or are they concrete?) tablets containing the Commandments of Taste.

BKhab, when one is rich, what’s 20% on a small # right?
BTW, I’m stepping up the “STRAW” role for this blog as one of my fav “STRAW” (11217) is no longer around. someone has got to stir it a little around here else Mr B’s blog will not have enough traffic to pay the bills
Not that anyone cares but I love concrete counters! I love concrete floors more!
Basement = garden level. I wouldn’t entertain guests there. It’s too dark and ceilings are too low.
The parlour level is where guests are to be received and entertained. Have you still not gotten the difference between entertaining on the parlour level vs. the garden/basement level????
