The bedroom curtains are a bit too Laura Ashley for our taste, but otherwise this two-bedroom co-op at 76 Remsen Street in Brooklyn Heights is looking very nice to us. The 950-square-foot pad has a reasonable monthly maintenance of $936 and a price tag of $850,000. They may not get asking but we bet they get within 5 percent or so of it.

  1. David Bromstad is the most talented of those guys, hands down.

He’s also got a much better body and usually takes his shirt off. no homo

But I really can’t take his show.

My favorite, and virtually the ony one I watch, other than TOH is Yard Crashers.

  2. I remember that layout, very pre-war and livable. All the same I hope they post pictures of 128 soon, a window in every room and beamed ceilings. Though it’s a wedding cake design very few apts have outdoor space.

  3. DeLepp, I love that carriage house. I just looked at a 2 bedroom at 135. It’s a perfectly fine 1950 building. The space is great – very large, split bedrooms/baths, lots of closet space. And the owners did a very nice job renovating. Price is high for the unit. No outdoor space. And there’s nothing really exciting about it. But, again, it would be a perfectly fine apartment.

  4. There is a gorgeous carriage house on Willow between Pierrepont and Clark (c-gar right across from 128) and was always my dream house when I won LOTTO. The only post war on the block is 135, but at least it’s not a scarano mezz.
