Co-op of the Day: 138 Remsen Street, #2B
This second-floor co-op at 138 Remsen Street may have a slightly odd layout but it makes up for it with a great feel, including 14-foot ceilings and lots of original details. The FSBO listing clocks in at 1,000 square feet and comes with a reasonable monthly maintenance of $825. The asking price? $729,000. Sound about…

I am sorry, 11217. I have been too hard on you. Please don’t go. I apologize for the things I said to you in the past.
OK, this is off topic at the moment, ahem, but is $1000/ft really typical for BK Heights?
joe, we saw dave “perform” it at our karaoke meetup. You HAD to be there.
11217, seriously dude, don’t let other get to you like that(I know I have). We need someone to represen’ team Bull. DIBS can’t do it all on this own all the time :o).
11217: Please don’t be so thin-skinned. I’ve always enjoyed your postings. Please don’t abandon us!
11217, you still there????
joe, “Creep” is one of my favorite Karaoke songs!!!
11217,
come on now.
I was just getting to know you!
we aren’t all bad
and we even agreed on Bjork!
🙂
i for one will miss you 11217. if you’d ever like to meet up with fellow musician/radiohead lover drop a line at josefsz@hotmail.com
11217, don’t let rob, or Minard or anyone get under your skin. In fact, your comment about rob was correct. He posted exactly opposite of what you said and then admitted he basically had no idea what he was talking about…which is very typical for rob. You just have to learn to ignore it, or use it for your amusement.
Don’t go.
