Ringo,
That Columbia Heights place to which you posted a link… an “Italian palazzo with its own loggia…”
It sounds suspect to me.
Sure, the photos prove its beauty and magnificence, (I love the round rooms!) but do you really want to pretend you’re in Tuscany while you’re looking out your window at the New York skyline?
Wouldn’t you rather live in a way that’s more compatible with the skyline view… and more in touch with your real inner New Yorker?
Very cool
Sweet pad.
these babies weren’t cheap when it was first converted – think in 2000 or 2001. else would’ve bought there
I want to go to there.
dear brooklyn landlords – this is the only type of space where exposed brick is OK.
Love the space and the courtyard. Nice windows. But really, couldn’t they have designed and installed a better kitchen?? Especiall since it’s so on display. It looks like a kitchen you’d see in a mobile home. Oak cabs white appliances. YUK.
Love it, its a great location and layout! and I am beginning to covet white/black appliances with all the handprints on my stainless. The wine fridge is a nice plus (especially given the proximity to big nose full body)
I love this building. Would love to afford something there, especially with outdoor space.
