There are two other units on the market right now, one for $949,000 and one for $769,000.

11217, it might be a phase 2 or something then. there were a long list of them for sale in around 2000 or 2001. the 3 bdrm ones were really nice
I’m wondering why this duplex, which I personally like the best of the 3 apartments for sale in the building, is asking $90,000 less than the other 2 bedroom, which has no outdoor space?

This article in the NYTimes (from 1993) references the “Ansonia, a 52-unit condominium” so clearly it’s been around longer than you think. I can’t seem to find exactly when it was converted.

my only complaint is this doesnt come with another duplex I can rent from my boy
I don’t see anything wrong with kitchen except would have chosen black instead of white appliance. Even a wine fridge. How many mobile homes have that? A beer fridge or open keg maybe, but not a white wine fridge.

F train 3 blocks to 9th street
it’s PERFECT LOCALE!!!
so amazing there!
well, you take F train to 7th avenue stop(4 stops from Bergen)..and walk down to 12th(from 9th st).
Place already comes with a dog. Not sure CDog would be too thrilled.
And what is wrong with mobile home kitchens?
You guys are totally right. I love it. Perfect space for CDog and me. Agree with duckumu about the exposed brick – here I love it. I’d gut the kitchen, and maybe the baths, but at this price I wouldn’t mind so much. I’ve recently been considering the South Slope, so I’ll have to go see it. How is this area transportation-wise??
