I’m not a modern-architecture hater like many on here – but this building already looks so dated.
What a difference four years makes! When these debuted, the prices seems so inflated; you were paying the Meier starchitect premium which was not an easy sell imo. Today $1100 psf is what you pay for modern hi-end condos all over the boro in buildings in worse locations with lesser pedigrees. Even if you place zero value on the archi-babble, you can find a lot of comps at this price.
