Here’s an interesting one. This three-bedroom condo in a Clinton Hill carriage house just hit the market and for $579,000 looks pretty darn interesting. Although we’ve only got one interior photo to go off, it also looks like the developer managed to do a decent job of doing a clean gut reno while respecting the building’s bones. The kicker for us is the large window size. Plus, each unit has its own storage and washer/dryer in the basement. We bet this will move quickly.

wow! if only all new construction was this nice. classic never goes out of style.
This looks really small, plus that kichen UGH!!
square footage anyone?
Yes, this is new construction, recently condoized by owners (who are very nice people).
OOPS on second thought Clinton Avenue mansions.
I am pretty sure that these buildings were new construction about 4 years ago, even though the block had/has carriage houses for the mansions on Washington Avenue.

How did the horses get in? (Was the base of the building modified?)
hehe. I miss Beavis & Butthead!
That’s a nice unit. Great price. Buyers will totally replace the appliances though. I would think it’s worth it just to leave out appliances entirely rather than put in cheap ugly ones. What say the people here? Which is worse? To show the unit with ugly appliances or no appliances? I would have also extended the wood floor into the kitchen since there isn’t an “island” to separate living room from kitchen. The cabinets aren’t bad but overall these other factors provoke an “ugh” reaction to the kitchen.
