Condo of the Day: One Hanson Place, #13F
The contract on this one-bedroom at One Hanson Place in Fort Greene recently fell through, according to the listing, and now it’s back on the market at the slightly lower price of $509,000. It all looks very nice to us: High-floor views, nice finishes, convenient location. And the price-per-square-foot of about $700 is about right…

m4l, Noki and I have both been considering buying at One Hanson, but I’ll only move there is she does.
This looks very familiar. Wasn’t this COTD just a short time ago?
Would this be Penthouse L, M, N, O or P
I like it. The proportions of the living room seem a bit odd, but that is to be expected in a conversion like this.
The maintenance costs would still probably scare me away from this building.
That MIGHT be 722SF if you include allllll that black area on the floor plan. That’s a lot of black space to pay $700PSF for. This is 650SF max.

way to small.
I am so sick of the 2 room apartments, they are so tired already.
CGar, Really? Ft Greene? or were you somehow thinking it was Boerum Hill?
How so Snark?
I think it’s nice. I love the windows and floors in this building. And, given what studios are going for these days, price doesn’t seem bad for a newly done 1-bedroom in a FS building. I’ve considered One Hanson myself.
