100 Second Place [Corcoran] GMAP P*Shark
already has a bid above asking.
BEAUTIFUL!!! LAYOUT is A++++
Found out through broker that heat and hot water are included in ccs as well as the payment to a management company (not sure why such a small building pays for management?). Did anyone see 192 President Street? Very similar. Apparently the lower apartment is in contract for over $2.1. Makes me think they can get this price…
Hey CGar – thanks! I really appreciate the complement.
“For that price, as I’ve said before, I can get an entire house in several nice nabes.” — maybe, but needing $500k worth of work though.
One definite plus about this place is that thanks to the deep front garden, the bedroom beside the stoop is really far from the sidewalk…
As much as I like PS, I’d still rather live over on this side.
If I was relegated to taking th F train into manhattan for work, I’d find this place far more attractive, given the amount of amenities on Court and Smith, than Park Slope!!!!
Hey, Donald! Personally, I prefer your work!
