We’re liking this modern twist on the brownstone apartment. The duplex apartment at 100 2nd Place includes a grand parlor floor with kitchen and living areas and a garden floor with a master suite and two other bedrooms. The entire place has been immaculately renovated. All very nice, but we’re skeptical that the asking price of $1,890,000 is going to fly. Seems pretty pricey, no?

  1. Found out through broker that heat and hot water are included in ccs as well as the payment to a management company (not sure why such a small building pays for management?). Did anyone see 192 President Street? Very similar. Apparently the lower apartment is in contract for over $2.1. Makes me think they can get this price…

  2. If I was relegated to taking th F train into manhattan for work, I’d find this place far more attractive, given the amount of amenities on Court and Smith, than Park Slope!!!!
