Regardless of the 1,426 square feet of indoor space and 2,000 square feet of outdoor space, $1,350,000 is still a very big check to write in this part of town for an apartment, so it’ll be interesting to see if the buyers are there, even at a reduced price. What do you think?

So is $11,250/mo! Could you even get half that? I don’t see 3 sharemates ponying up more than $2,000/mo each. Okay, maybe $2.5k/mo. Hellified condo (small ass fridge but a full bath for each of three bonafide bedrooms, two levels, crazy outdoor space and retarded views, etc.) but, damn, $1.35M?! Average brownstones here will bottom at a mil when everybody finds out the truth about our banking system and economy. I’ll give this one $750K. Sure, somebody will say ‘fuck it’ and pay over a mil because we’re a little ways from the bottom but when they go to sell…

here are certainly parts of Ft greene that are better than parts of Park Slope.
“i think park slope is a sucky overpriced neighborhood too tho”
But you live there. What does that say bout you?
“[O]ffers protected views of Manhattan, New York harbour and most bridges.”
Yeah, “protected” because your grossly out-of-scale development rallied the whole neighborhood to rezone.
… if you don’t know how to photoshop, you shouldn’t be trying to combine the refrigerator shot with the living room shot together so badly.
how is fort greene nicer than park slope? im asking honestly… in what way? personally i think park slope is a sucky overpriced neighborhood too tho.

I shouldn’t be so hard on the fridge. At least it works…presumably…
Fort Greene’s nicer than Park Slope, dogboy. Hold your tongue.
This is also pretty much prime Fort Greene. Close to all the subways, both Dekalb and Fulton shopping, etc. That being said, yes that is a lot of money.
