This postwar studio has some modern 1950s flair with its white walls, parquet floors, and well-kept vintage kitchen and bath. It’s located in Concord Village, a cluster of eight high-rises with 1,022 units that was part of the makeover of the Civic Center area in Downtown Brooklyn by Robert Moses.

The towers-in-the-park-style rental complex debuted in 1951 and went co-op in 1980.

The apartment is fairly spacious for a studio, starting with the entry, where there is a coat closet and room for a bench. The large living room/bedroom can accommodate a wall of bookshelves, and artfully placed curtains could make the window appear bigger than it is.

The eat-in kitchen is kitted out with gently rounded original cupboards, bisque-colored appliances, and dark gray battleship-style linoleum tile.

A dressing room with space for two chests of drawers leads to two closets and the bathroom. The latter is seemingly in tip-top shape with a late Deco peg-leg sink and streamlined tub, square gray wall tile, and checked gray and white tile floor.

The complex has landscaped grounds, a community garden, roof deck, laundry, 24-hour doormen, live-in super, and maintenance staff. There is a wait list for storage, bicycle room, and parking.

The maintenance for this unit is $908 a month. Listed by Wendy Jones and Anthony Muratore of Douglas Elliman, it is asking $299,000. Decent deal?
