This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Fort Greene, Ditmas Park West, Crown Heights, and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?

First up, this 1870s Neo-Grec is in the Fort Greene Historic District. Details inside include marble mantels, wood floors, and wainscoting. This former Open House Pick entered contract in February.

In the Flatbush micro nabe of Ditmas Park West, this detached single-family is certainly spacious with three floors of living space plus a basement with plenty of storage. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in November.

This two-family row house in Crown Heights is in estate condition with fretwork and moldings. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $1.385 million, which was $35,000 under the asking price.

Finally, this Bay Ridge one-bedroom comes in at under $400,000 and, while it needs a bit of TLC, it has a spacious layout with a foyer, an eat-in kitchen, and four closets. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in December.
