This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Clinton Hill, Greenpoint, Bay Ridge, and Sunset Park. How did they fare?

First up, on leafy Clinton Avenue, this 1870s brownstone has the benefit of windows on three exposures and some fine interior details, including wood floors, pocket doors, and mantels. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in September.

In Greenpoint, this three-family is set up as a duplex with two rental units. This former Open House Pick sold in October for $2.999 million, which was $251,000 under the asking price.

In Bay Ridge, this early 20th century single-family has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The former Open House Pick sold in January for $1.3 million, which was $99,000 under the asking price.

Finally, a prewar apartment with a flexible layout on the second floor of an historic Finnish co-op in the Sunset Park Historic District brings high ceilings, wood floors, original details, and recent updates. This former Co-op of the Day sold in December for $590,000, which was $59,000 under the asking price.
