This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill, and Flatlands. How did they fare?

First up, in the Prospect Heights Historic District, this row house is a two-family with an owner’s triplex and a top floor rental. This former Open House Pick is still on the market for $3.25 million, a price cut of $549,000.

Also in Prospect Heights, this 1870s Italianate is a two-family with a garden apartment below an owner’s duplex. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in November.

In a 1920s industrial building, this co-op offers tall ceilings, two bedrooms, and a bonus storage loft. The building, at 110 Clifton Place on the corner of Classon Avenue, has been known as the Ping Pong Building since it was converted to residences in the 1980s. This former Co-op of the Day sold in November for the asking price of $1.5 million.

Finally, this detached single-family family in Flatlands has a garage. This former Open House Pick sold in November for $682,500, which was $16,500 under the asking price.
