This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Fort Greene, Prospect Park South, Bed Stuy, and East Flatbush. How did they fare?

First up, this 1860s row house in the Fort Greene Historic District is a two-family with a duplex and top-floor studio rental. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $3.847 million, which was $847,000 over the asking price.

In the Prospect Park South Historic District, this early 20th century standalone has mantels, wood floors, stained glass, and a stair with some Gothic details. This former Open House Pick entered contract in November.

It comes in a rather narrow package at just 12 feet wide, but this Bed Stuy brownstone fits in some period details along with some modern updates, like central air. This former House of the Day sold in December for $1.85 million, which was $25,000 below the asking price.

Finally, it has a modest exterior, but this East Flatbush semi-detached house appears move-in ready with a renovated interior and updated mechanicals. This former House of the Day sold in November for $850,000, which was $80,000 under the asking price
