This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cobble Hill, East Williamsburg, Bay Ridge, and Prospect Park South. How did they fare?

First up, this row house at 39 Strong Place is one of a stretch built in the 1890s. It is located in the Cobble Hill Historic District. This former Open House Pick sold in October for $4.675 million, which was $275,000 under the asking price.

It is petite, but this 19th century wood frame packs in some charm on the interior and boasts a large garden with an abundance of fruit trees and a pond. At 288 Powers Street in East Williamsburg, the 25-foot-wide dwelling is just two rooms deep. This former House of the Day sold in October for $2.2 million, which was $51,000 over the asking price.

In Bay Ridge, a circa 1900 wood frame two-family row house has woodwork and a mantel. It is configured with a a top floor rental over a duplex. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $1.48 million, which was $119,000 under the asking price.

Finally, with three bedrooms and an open plan, this updated prewar presents a practical, airy perch for a family with kids. Converted from a two-bedroom, the co-op is on the third floor of 1701 Albemarle Road in Prospect Park South just outside the historic district. This former Co-op of the Day sold in November for $999,999, which was $49,999 over the asking price.
