This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Crown Heights and Bed Stuy. How did they fare?

First, in Crown Heights, this single-family early 20th century brick row house includes parking. The renovated interior boasts a kitchen with blue cabinets and access to a rear deck. This former Open House Pick sold in October for $2.225 million, which was $170,000 under the asking price.

In Bed Stuy, an 1880s Queen Anne in the Bedford Historic District has wood floors, fretwork, moldings, and stained glass. This former Open House Pick sold in September for $2.385 million, which was $90,000 over the asking price.

While it has a Permastone facade, an 1880s Neo-Grec in Crown Heights still has some of its original details intact on the interior as well as recent updates. This former House of the Day, a single-family brick row house, sold in November for $2.05 million, which was $50,000 over the asking price.

Finally, again in Crown Heights, this 1920s co-op apartment combines a gracious layout with original details and high ceilings. A former Co-op of the Day, it entered contract in October.
