This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cobble Hill, West Midwood, Sunset Park, and Brooklyn Heights. How did they fare?
First up, with four floors of living space and impressive details, this renovated Cobble Hill brownstone also comes with an impressive price. Inside are marble mantels, high ceilings, wood floors, and updated wet rooms. This former House of the Day sold in December for $7.75 million, which was $500,000 under the asking price.
In West Midwood, this renovated standalone sits on one of the cul-de-sac streets that butt up against the Q/B tracks. The listing notes that all the furniture is included in the sale price. This former Open House Pick is still available for $2.395 million, a price cut of $100,000.
In Sunset Park, a two-family row house has wood floors, wall moldings, and an original stair. This former Open House Pick sold in November for $1.55 million, which was $51,000 over the asking price.
Finally, in a striking flats building near the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, this one-bedroom apartment has some fine features, including wood floors, a mantel, and a bay window with window seat. This former Co-op of the Day sold in October for $999,000, which was $274,000 over the asking price.
