This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Greenpoint, Cobble Hill, Crown Heights, and Clinton Hill. How did they fare?

First up, in Greenpoint this wood frame has a shingled front with an oriel window and front steps made of rough-cut stones. The legal two-family is set up as a single-family dwelling. This former Open House Pick sold in November for $2.7 million, which was $50,000 under the asking price

In Cobble Hill, this mews house on Warren Place isn’t large, but it comes in a charming Gothic Revival package. The house has had some recent renovation work, including an updated kitchen. This former House of the Day sold in October for $2.4 million, which was $95,000 under the asking price.

An early 20th century brownstone in the Crown Heights North III Historic District was designed by Axel S. Hedman. Period details on the interior include mantels, fretwork, and moldings. This former Open House Pick sold in November for $1.8 million, which was $50,000 over the asking price.

Finally, this one-bedroom apartment in a World War II era building in Clinton Hill has original wood floors, plaster arches, and potential to be converted to a two-bedroom. It’s on the first floor of a six-story, 96-unit elevator complex. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in December.
