Brooklyn Heights Condo for Sale -- 360 Furman Street

Several of last week’s picks made the list again this week; among our top listings of the week are a super-luxury condo in Brooklyn Bridge Park and a Windsor Terrace house with some serious Aged Grandmother vibes.

Which would you choose?

10. Last week’s No. 6 drops down to the 10th spot. This light-filled corner unit has oodles of space and views of the nearby Lincoln Terrace Park. The listing also claims it has “the largest windowed eat-in-kitchen ever!” The closest train is the 4 at Crown Heights Utica Avenue.

9. Moving from last week’s No. 7, the new apartments at 531 Vanderbilt were built at condos, but a few units have recently hit the market as rentals. The wood floor is interesting — with oak planks arranged in a herringbone pattern. The kitchens also boast some fancy appliances from Fischer & Paykel, Bertazzoni and Bosch.

8. No. 4 last week, this 2,000-square-foot Carroll Gardens townhouse is in decent shape, with some lovely original details — four marble fireplaces, tin ceilings, and wall moldings — but it could certainly use a little love. Just get rid of the exterior’s faux stone facade and you’re halfway to having a Brooklyn dream home.

7. Last week’s No. 5 falls two spots. On Park Place in Crown Heights is a three-level home with the basement at the garden level and two floors above, each comprising a separate unit. Recently renovated, with at least one new kitchen and bathroom (i.e. those pictured), it retains some original detail — though not the original floors, sadly.

6. In its fourth week on the list, this wonderful Warren Place mews house in Cobble Hill lands at No. 6. A three-bedroom home, it’s small at 1,050 square feet and has only a single bathroom, but it doesn’t lack for charm.

5. If this brick two-family at 582 Lexington Avenue looks familiar, it may be because you’ve seen it on HGTV’s House Hunters, where it was once featured. Then again, it may just be because you’ve seen so many houses like it lately — Bed Stuy townhouses gut-renovated by flippers with open-plan living spaces, some exposed brick and stainless steel appliances.

4. Dropping two spots from last week, this Bed Stuy brownstone on Macdonough Street has an owner’s triplex — which appears to include a finished basement — and a pair of rentals sharing the top floor. It looks to be in good condition, and there are some nice details on this one, including mantels and carved woodwork in the entryway.

3. This three-story Windsor Terrace brownstone is new to the market, and from the look of it, it’s been under the same ownership for a good long time. Its got an Aged Grandmother vibe so pronounced that you can taste the hard candies in a silver dish — and it’s also got a load of original detail.

2. Last week’s No. 1 — a brownstone garden unit with original exposed beams, wide-plank floors and a marble fireplace — moves down a notch. It’s also just a stone’s throw from the B,Q stop at 7th Avenue and a short walk from Prospect Park. It also has a private patio in the back. The price was recently reduced by $200 a month.

1. If you’re in the market for a multi-million-dollar condo, you could do a lot worse than this week’s No. 1 listing, a three-bedroom at 360 Furman Street, aka One Brooklyn Bridge Park. It offers a vista that’s hard to top, with massive banks of windows that look out on Brooklyn Bridge Park and the harbor.
