10. Featured in Brownstoner’s Open House Picks six months ago, this extensively carpeted Carroll Gardens corner property with front garden is still on the market for $2,595,000 — $355,000 under the original ask. It’s a riot of shag carpeting and wood panelling and may need facade work as well, but its redeeming feature is its location on a coveted Place block in Carroll Gardens, with an extra-deep front yard.
