This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Bed Stuy, Ditmas Park and Carroll Gardens. How did they fare?

In Park Slope, a two-bedroom co-op in a 19th century townhouse has a front-facing balcony with views of Prospect Park, which is just across the street. While the unit is compact, it has a number of appealing features, including two mantels. It’s on the top floor of 102 Prospect Park West, a brownstone in the historic district with four stories over a basement that was built as a single-family in 1899 and now contains five apartments. This former Co-op of the Day sold in July for $1.606 million, which was $406,000 over the asking price.

It has survived incredibly intact: a wood frame Italianate with an appealingly bracketed porch and picturesque bay window. The interior of the Bed Stuy row house has plenty of details to offer too, with moldings, plasterwork, mantels and pier mirrors. The house, at 141 Quincy Street, is one of a row of wood frames that were once similarly styled and likely built between the late 1860s and early 1870s. A legal two-family, the 18.75-foot-wide residence is set up as a single-family with dining room and kitchen on the garden level, double parlors above and four bedrooms spread out over the top two floors. This former House of the Day sold in July for $2.225 million, which was $255,000 over the asking price.

There is plenty of space and detail to be found in this Ditmas Park standalone, with seven bedrooms and original woodwork and mantels. The single-family also has space on the exterior with a front porch for lounging, front and rear yards, and a driveway and garage. At 466 East 17th Street, the Colonial Revival-style house is located within the Ditmas Park Historic District. The spacious first floor includes a wood-filled entry with original stair, living room and dining room — both with columned mantels — and a den with a bay window. There are wood floors, moldings and picture rails throughout. This former House of the Day sold in July for $3.225 million, which was $30,000 over the asking price.

In Carroll Gardens, this two-family brownstone sits across from the neighborhood’s eponymous park. On the market for the first time since the 1970s, the just over 20-foot-wide house has plenty of detail on the parlor level, including marble mantels, plasterwork and wood floors, all looking as neat as a pin. That level is part of the owner’s triplex, which has two floors of bedroom space above. A rental unit, not shown in the photos, is on the garden floor. None of the wet rooms are shown in the listing photos, so presumably they might need some updating. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $5.15 million, which was $200,000 over the asking price.
