This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Flatlands, Park Slope, Bay Ridge, and Clinton Hill. How did they fare?

In Flatlands, a new owner could boost the charm of this 1930s semi-detached brick house with a few updates while retaining some fun vintage details like a rumpus room with built-in bar. The 18-foot-wide home also has an original mantel, a generously sized kitchen, and a detached garage. This former House of the Day sold in March for $715,000, which was $4,000 under the asking price.

With its large rooms, central foyer, and curved doorways, this Park Slope two-bedroom reflects design sensibilities of the early ’40s. It’s on the fourth floor of 44 Prospect Park West, a six-story, 55-unit building across from Prospect Park and just outside the historic district. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for the asking price of $1.175 million.

In Bay Ridge, an early 20th century brick bow-front row house has some period details on view, including pocket doors, wood floors, a pier mirror, and built-ins. A two-family that has been in the same family for decades, it is configured with a top floor rental over a duplex with two full baths and a petite garden-level kitchen. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in January.

This grand Clinton Hill manse has plenty of living space, some impressive interior details, and the architectural pedigree of a renovation by noted 19th century architects the Parfitt Brothers. It is set up with two apartments on the garden level, each with its own entrance from the outside, and a triplex above. Not surprisingly, it is the triplex that has the remaining 19th century details, although there are plenty of 20th century alterations as well. This former House of the Day is still available.
