This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Sunset Park, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, and Boerum Hill. How did they fare?

This estate condition early 20th century brick semi-detached house has parquet, wall moldings, and arched doorways. The Sunset Park house also has parking. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $1.875 million, which was $124,000 under the asking price.

This Prospect Heights Edwardian walkup has no lack of glowing original woodwork, including two mantels with mottled tile, and a laboratory-inspired modern kitchen. Located on the top floor of 207 Park Place, the unit is also quite spacious with three large bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in September.

While there are only a handful of interior photos to provide a glimpse of original details, this Crown Heights townhouse offers a generous amount of space and is part of an architecturally intriguing block. The semi-detached house at 1441 Union Street, which has been in the same family for decades, also has a garage. This former House of the Day entered contract in August.

In the Boerum Hill Historic District, an 1870s Italianate has a fair number of period details intact including marble mantels, ceiling medallions, built-ins, and a coffin corner. This former Open House Pick entered contract in June.
