This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Flatbush, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Fort Greene. How did they fare?

Located at at 471 17th Street, about a block from the sunken Prospect Expressway and close to Prospect Park, it appears to be move-in ready. This early 20th century row house is in the East 25th Street Historic District. The single-family has a mantel, built-ins, wood floors, and fretwork. This former Open House Pick is still available.

In the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District, an early 20th century row house was designed by prolific architect Benjamin Driesler and recently updated by a Brooklyn design-build firm. While the original architect gave the interior its moldings, wood floors, and mantel, a 2016 renovation by reBuild Workshop brought a renovated kitchen and central air. This former House of the Day sold in August for $2.925 million, which was $175,000 over the asking price.

One of a row of charming wood frame houses in the Fort Greene Historic District with distinctive parlor-floor porches, this 1850s Greek Revival got a substantial reno that included restoring the exterior and adding modern amenities like central air to the interior. This former House of the Day sold in August for $5.6 million, which was $275,000 under the asking price.
