This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Brooklyn Heights, Bed Stuy, and Sunset Park. How did they fare?

Converted to a residence in the early 20th century, this Brooklyn Heights dwelling has the allure of a former carriage house combined with a stylish interior and modern updates, including central air. At 253 Hicks Street, it sits on the corner of Grace Court Alley, one of the neighborhood’s picturesque cul-de-sacs. This former House of the Day sold in June for $6.3 million, which was 800,000 over the asking price.

Set up as a single-family, this 1880s brownstone in the Bedford Historic District has pocket doors, mantels, moldings, and more. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $2.5 million, which was $15,000 over the asking price.

A charming prewar close to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade has a working fireplace and banks of windows, but it doesn’t come cheap. It is on the fourth floor of 2 Montague Terrace, a 25-unit, 12-story apartment building whose rear units have views of New York Harbor and the Manhattan skyline. A former Co-op of the Day, the two-bedroom, two bath apartment entered contract in April.

In Sunset Park, an early 20th century row house is a two-family with a garden rental. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $1.725 million, which was $75,000 over the asking price.
