This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Bay Ridge, Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, and Clinton Hill. How did they fare?

An early advertising brochure promised “abundant closet room” in this six-story Bay Ridge building, and this one-bedroom unit does offer numerous closets along with a spacious foyer, wood floors, picture rails, and arched doorways. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for $410,000, which was $19,000 under the asking price.

Its first floor location may not appeal to every buyer, but this Park Slope one-bedroom offers high ceilings, some original moldings, and a location in a grand Beaux-Arts building across from Prospect Park. This former Co-op of the Day is currently off the market.

It certainly is pricey, but this one-bedroom in a lavish 1880s Brooklyn Heights dwelling has some appealing details like high ceilings, mantels, built-ins, and a private terrace. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for $1.218 million, which was $68,000 over the asking price.

A semi-detached wood-frame house in Clinton Hill is just outside the historic district and is one of several altered cottages on Cambridge Place. This former Open House Pick is still available for $1.699 million, a price cut of $100,000.
