Another week, another look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Boerum Hill, Sunset Park, Prospect Lefferts Gardens and Brooklyn Heights. How did they fare?

First, this luxury condo is one of 128 apartments in a building dubbed The Boerum in Boerum Hill with a six-story, 196-room Hilton hotel on the lower floors, located on a site that had been occupied by a parking lot. This former Condo of the Day, which was asking $5 million, is currently off the market.

Next, in the Sunset Park North Historic District, a two-bedroom apartment in a 1913 solar-powered Finnish co-operative is a relatively inexpensive venture. This former Co-op of the Day sold in April for $575,000, which was the asking price.

Here’s a unique late 19th century two-family house in Prospect Lefferts Gardens now in use as a daycare, with colorful painted rooms show for it. This former House of the Day is still available for a new price of $1.188 million, a price increase of $190,000.

Finally, a co-op in a prewar apartment house in Brooklyn Heights has a balance of period style and tastefully renovated features such as the updated kitchen. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for $1.3 million, or $50,000 over ask.
