This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Crown Heights, Flatbush, Bay Ridge and Prospect Heights. How did they fare?

In Crown Heights, this prewar co-op has a flexible layout, charming prewar features and modern updates. It’s located on the first floor of the Dearborn Apartments at 345 Montgomery Street. The south-facing unit overlooks a courtyard, according to the listing, although it is not shown. The interior retains attractive original parquet floors with inlaid borders, plaster walls, moldings and an arched doorway. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for $660,000, which was $11,000 over the asking price.

It requires looking past a wealth of red carpet but this two-family in Flatbush has some period details, a fair amount of space and the bonus of parking with both a driveway and a garage. Semi-detached, it has windows on four exposures, probably making for cross ventilation and light. At 15 Lloyd Street, it is one of two identical brick houses on the block-long street. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in April.

In Bay Ridge’s lone historic district, this early 20th century limestone still has the feature that defined the houses on this stretch of Bay Ridge Parkway: a doctor’s office in the English basement. In the residence above, 459 Bay Ridge Parkway also has some original details on display, including wood floors, wainscoting and a passthrough with built-ins intact. This former House of the Day entered contract in May.

“Palatial” is the word that springs to mind to describe this Prospect Heights apartment — both in size and decor, which is rich in Louis-style furniture arrayed at the edges of rooms as if in preparation for a ball. The five-bedroom, three-bathroom unit is located on the fourth floor of what is perhaps Brooklyn’s grandest prewar co-op, Turner Towers at 135 Eastern Parkway. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in January.
