This week, our look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Beverly Square West, Fort Greene, Carroll Gardens and Bed Stuy. How did they fare?

Here’s a charming early 20th century Colonial Revival home with an enviable two-car garage in the back and a private driveway. Located at 322 Argyle Road in the Flatbush micro-nabe of Beverly Square West and configured as a one-family, it has some original details and a large front porch. This former House of the Day sold in February for $1.955 million, which was $5,000 above the asking price.

This two-bedroom, two bath condo sits on the 23rd floor of the historic clocktower building at 1 Hanson Place, a totemic Art Deco stunner that’s an individual landmark. For decades the tallest building in Brooklyn and known as the Williamsburgh Savings Bank Tower, it also has the distinction of having a landmarked interior — the first floor and vault that at one time housed the bank. This former Condo of the Day entered contract in March.

Here’s a three-story brownstone in Carroll Gardens that has been given a thoughtful modern makeover by architect Stephanie Kim of STK-D Design, including new mahogany floor-to-ceiling windows in the back of the parlor floor and tons of additional built-in-storage. Located at 246 Sackett Street, it’s configured as a two-family, with a triplex above a garden floor rental. This former House of the Day sold in November for the asking price of $5 million.

First up, this two-family neo-Grec brownstone in the Bedford Stuyvesant Historic District that’s been recently renovated but retains some of its historic detail, including shutters, pocket doors, crown molding, ceiling medallions and decorative mantels. Currently configured as a duplex above a garden rental, it has brand new kitchens with sleek cabinetry and soft blue tile counters; the same tile can be found in the only pictured bathroom, on the top floor, which also has a clawfoot tub. This former Open House Pick sold in March for $2.05 million, which was $50,500 above the initial asking price.
