This week, our look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, Flatbush and Bay Ridge. How did they fare?

To begin, you’d be hard-pressed to come up with a more eye-popping list of mod cons than at this five-story brownstone in Carroll Gardens. Gut renovated by CWB Architects and decorated by interior designer Tamara Eaton, it boasts an elevator, three working fireplaces, a landscaped and irrigated garden, central vacuum and a rooftop terrace with a wood-burning fireplace. This former House of the Day is still on the market with the same asking price of $8 million.

Then we have an updated co-op apartment in a Renaissance Revival building in Park Slope that’s big enough for a family and has lots of windows across three exposures. Located at 144 Garfield Place, it’s a second-floor walk-up in a four-story, eight-unit corner building three blocks from Prospect Park. This former Co-op of the Day sold in January for the asking price of $1.495 million.

Next, a one-family number with an angled bay front in Flatbush, which has elements of Arts & Crafts and Beaux Arts. There are stained glass windows, pocket doors, an entry mirror and a tiled mahogany fireplace in the parlor. The floors are new. This former House of the Day sold in November 2018 for $1.275 million, which was $75,000 below the asking price.

To end this week, an early 20th century stucco and brick Tudor cottage in Bay Ridge that offers three bedrooms and three baths as well as a garage, driveway and landscaped backyard with lighting. It’s fully detached, with windows on all four exposures. There’s a sunroom, dining room, parquet and inlaid floors, gas fireplace, original staircase, and moldings. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $1.4 million, which was $25,000 above the asking price.
