We’ve got four houses to see this weekend, all of which appear to be in move-in condition and all priced over $1 million. They include a pair of two-family brownstones in Bed Stuy and one-family homes in both Flatbush and Greenwood Heights. Two have undergone recent renovations.

First up, this two-family neo-Grec brownstone in the Bedford Stuyvesant Historic District that’s been recently renovated but retains some of its historic detail, including shutters, pocket doors, crown molding, ceiling medallions and decorative mantels. Currently configured as a duplex above a garden rental, it has brand new kitchens with sleek cabinetry and soft blue tile counters; the same tile can be found in the only pictured bathroom, on the top floor, which also has a clawfoot tub. New floors can be found throughout. According to the listing, the den has two skylights and the mechanicals have been updated.

Staying in Bed Stuy, we have another brownstone, this one a wide two-family that has parquet floors, wainscoting, moldings, plaster medallions and four decorative mantels. It’s currently configured as a top floor rental above a duplex, with two full baths — the one in the top floor rental has a skylight — and a single half bath on the second floor. The garden floor eat-in kitchen is large but can use some updates.

After that, we have a recently renovated circa 1900 limestone in Flatbush. The two-story, single-family home’s details include chevron floors, a mantel in the double parlor, and stained-glass doors that lead to a woodwork-filled dining room. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern; the former with white marble counters, shelves and cabinetry, the latter with separate tub and shower and white subway tiles on the walls. According to the listing, the cellar is finished. There’s a large deck and 800-square-foot backyard.

And, to wrap it all up this week, an Arts & Crafts style brick home in Greenwood Heights appears to be in good condition and comes with a garage. The single-family home is open plan on the first floor, with a living and dining room that run the length of the home and a kitchen with breakfast bar on the side in a niche. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, each with a closet. There’s only one bathroom, on the second floor, and a covered porch in the back.
