This week, we’re taking a look at some of our featured listings from last July to see how they fared on the market.

First up, this two-family house on Bainbridge Street has some original detail, and the potential to be a nice single-family residence, or duplex-plus-rental. It’s currently being used as a bed-and-breakfast — if you’ve ever dreamed of running one of those, keeping that going is another possible route. The former House of the Day is currently in contract, the agent told Brownstoner.

Next, another former House of the Day: This two-family brownstone needs work, but it’s got a fair amount of original detail — including crown moldings, parquet floors, slate mantels and loads of plaster decoration — and could be shined up into something nice. It’s at 591 Putnam Avenue, in Stuyvesant Heights. It was taken off the market in October.

This former Condo of the Day is fully renovated and reasonably attractive, and seems a decent deal for a three-bedroom in a favorable location. It’s in a 16-unit prewar building at 355 St. Johns Place in Prospect Heights, in close proximity to Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. It sold in October for $930,000, $31,000 above ask.

On 6th Avenue in Park Slope is a four-story townhouse with an angled bayed front, which has been in the same family for 59 years. A former Open House Pick, it looks to be in quite good shape with the glaring exception of the floors, which perhaps have been covered by carpet, and are in serious need of refinishing. Baths and kitchen aren’t pictured, so updating may be in order there. It’s set up with two floor-through apartments over an owner’s duplex; the broker offers a second, suggested floor plan for one-family conversion. The property sold for $2.2 million in December, $100,000 below ask.
