This week we’re taking a trip back in time to six months ago, and looking at how four of our featured listings fared on the market.

A former House of the Day, this three-story brownstone is large and grand, with some fetching original detail that looks to be well maintained. It’s at 82 Fenimore Street in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, just off Flatbush Avenue and not far from Prospect Park. There’s a load of nice woodwork, mantels, a large pier mirror in the front parlor, inlaid parquet floors, some fab built-ins, and a butler’s pantry. It is in contract.

Another former House of the Day, this Park Slope limestone, on a park block at 521 9th Street, offers some design features that reflect a quirky, playful sensibility. It’s also got a sauna in the finished basement, a notable feature for fans of a good steam bath. It sold for ask in August.

This two-bedroom Condo of the Day sits on the 19th floor of the former Williamsburgh Savings Bank at 1 Hanson Place, whose clock tower has long dominated the now-morphing Brooklyn skyline. It’s got some killer views as a result, with a nice pair of arched windows in the living room that take in New York Harbor and the lower Manhattan skyline. It is no longer available as of July.

Our last one, a former Open House Pick, is out on Colonial Road in Bay Ridge, on a corner lot directly across from Owl’s Head Park. There’s no floor plan and no interior photos (they’re on the way, says the listing), but we can tell you that it’s a three-family set up as a two-family, with six bedrooms and four bathrooms in total. There’s also a finished basement with a separate entrance, a full bathroom and a “summer kitchen”; an attic space that could potentially be finished; and “a possible parking garage option in the rear of the house,” whatever that exactly means. It was taken off the market in October.
