If it’s prewar charm you’re after this one’s not going to call your name. Any original detail is a memory, and the finishes in the bedrooms and living spaces are of the generic-condo variety.

There’s no washer/dryer, but there’s free laundry in the building, along with storage, bike storage and a shared outdoor space with a grill.

The unit — which is being shown at an open house from 6:30 to 7:30 on July 20 and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on July 24 — is asking $899,000. That’s a steep jump from the $380,000 it went for six years ago, according to public records, but as we all know, prices have gone up in these parts, and a three-bedroom that doesn’t crack a million is an object of note.
