The front door opens into a foyer with wood floors and an inlaid border that extends into the living room and dining room beyond. A passthrough has been cut into the wall between the foyer and the living room, presumably to bring in more light. There’s another passthrough, this one in the dining room, to provide a view into the kitchen.

That kitchen appears to be in fine shape, with tile floors, wood cabinets and stone counters. A sliding glass door provides access to a rear deck that looks in need of some TLC.

The wood floors continue upstairs where there are three bedrooms and the only bathroom in the house. The bathroom has vintage flair with Deco-era details including a pink tub and sink, mosaic tile floor, white wall tiles with black border tiles and black accessories.

Laundry is set in a closet off the foyer but perhaps a creative reno could repurpose the space to add a powder room and relocate the laundry.

Downstairs in the finished basement, the walls appear to be in the process of being closed up and painted. The listing notes the house is being sold “as is,” and a look at DOB filings suggests a permit or violation might need to be closed out.
