If you’re wondering how the condo/rental hybrid at 467 Keap Street is fairing in Williamsburg, here’s a report: a broker tells us the building is approaching 70 percent leased and/or sold. He says the price per square foot for the rental units is close to $55, what he calls “a record for the area surrounding the Lorimer L-Train.” Remaining apartments include a three-bedroom penthouse with outdoor space, a two-bed/two-bath pad with a terrace, and three one-bedrooms. Also of note, the 7000-square-foot bi-level commercial space has been leased and is in development. No word what’s coming yet, but stay tuned for more info!
