The 2,550-square-foot brick house at 20 Grace Court Alley closed on Friday for $2,995,000, about 9 percent less than the original asking price but about 9 percent more than the average widget appraisal of $2,758,887. It doesn’t get much more charming than this.

  1. Still fighting about garbage? Yikes!

I loved this house from the moment I saw it. Whatever the final price was, congrats to the new owners. You picked up quite a humdinger! And, to save you some time, I accept your gracious invitation to come over for tea, sandwiches and a full tour 🙂

11217, I’d love to meet you too, but if it makes you more comfy, you should consider a smaller, more informal gathering of just a few B’Stoners. Email our man in charge of informal gatherings, Mr. Cargar 🙂

  2. We won’t be too far. I went to high school with a transfer student from St. Ann’s and we used to go hang out with the lushes. Tomorrow I have a funny story for you about Janet Reno’s niece…

Rob makes personal attacks on me. Me and Miss Muffet argue about the real estate market. Huge difference given that this is a blog about real estate, not about poo mist and beanbag chairs.

oh stop!! you know i love you like a play cousin! (im not 100 percent sure what “play cousin” means tho, so if it’s something weird.. i apologise). i hear it a lot on talk shows.
